Service Description
This 60-minute virtual session offers personalized integrative care from the comfort of your own space. We’ll begin with a check-in to explore what you are currently experiencing and what your body and nervous system may need that day. Your session may include distance Reiki, craniosacral-informed guidance and self-holds, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, body awareness, grounding practices, and other supportive tools. Each experience is intuitively shaped to encourage relaxation, nervous-system regulation, emotional processing, and a deeper connection with your body. No two sessions are exactly alike. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellations made within two hours of the appointment and missed appointments will be charged the full service price. A valid card is required to secure your reservation. Genuine emergencies will be considered individually.
